About Me
I am a fine art photographer based in Scottsdale Arizona.
I still vividly recall being inspired during a time in my childhood when I was 9 years old. We moved to a new neighborhood near orange groves, fields and a creek with frogs, lizards and other wildlife. It was heaven for me. I spent hours exploring and soaking up the wonderfulness of it all. It changed me. Ever since that time, I've been drawn to the mystery and beauty of nature.
I am also inspired by the Pictorialist approach to photography - creating images of mystery and beauty for the sake of art rather than simply documenting reality.
My current project is a study of how tones, shadows and natural shapes create mood.
